As you may have gathered from my whining, it is deathly cold here in South Korea - I'm talking single digits for days on end. I have never worn so many layers, but that's what you have to do to avoid frozen extremities. However, it is fun to have an excuse to come home to a cozy apartment with heated floors (best invention, by the way) and hole up reading or playing around on the internet.
I have been ridiculously busy teaching extra classes on top of an already packed schedule so on the weekends I try to squeeze in some fun times, however exhausted I may be. I have also, recently, started taking free Korean language classes (I've realized I am not programmed for learning a language). Supposedly Korean is one of the top ten most difficult languages to master for English speakers because of all the different tones and sounds.
Basically, my life is an adventure and I am trying to make the most of it. Enjoy the photos of my winter break extravaganza (my friend came to visit!!)...

| On my way home from Korean class, some classmates took me to this amazing outdoor market full of everything from a fresh fish section and a display case of dog meat - a little traumatizing |

I know I have been lacking on the pictures lately, but again, I will blame the weather - which, by the way, is changing!!
I have also been on an epic snowboarding adventure which I hope to acquire some pictures to share with y'all.
Cheers from Korea! Love to all!
